Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, e-mail address or phone number, the dates you picked, the number of guests and your message. We ask for nothing else and collect nothing in the background. The form does not send anything by itself — it opens a ready-made message in your mail app or in Messenger, so your details reach us only once you press send yourself.
To answer your enquiry and, if you book, to enter into and perform the rental agreement. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract. We send no newsletters and run no marketing.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted after a year. Data tied to concluded contracts is kept for as long as Polish tax and accounting law requires — five years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose.
Nobody, for commercial purposes. Mail passes through our hosting provider's mail server and the site runs on Netlify — both process data solely as our technical suppliers. If you write via Messenger, Meta's privacy policy applies as well. Bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb are governed by those platforms' terms.
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO). Just write to the address above — we reply within a month.
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. We build no profiles and pass nothing to advertisers. The only external request loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser's IP address reaches Google — a standard part of how most websites work.
Listings impersonating our property have appeared online. We never ask for a deposit in a message coming from any address other than kontakt@fuledzkibialydomek.pl, from our Facebook page, or from the Booking.com and Airbnb panels.
