Rates
Prices are per night for the whole house. The sauna, hot tub, terrace, boat, paddleboard and parking are included.

Booking and payment
We reserve the dates after receiving a booking deposit of % of the stay price. The balance is due by handover of the house at the latest. Stays are covered by a rental agreement, which we send together with your booking confirmation.
Changing dates and cancellations
In an emergency, you can change your dates by arrangement with us. If you cancel for other reasons, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Returning your damage deposit
We return the damage deposit immediately when you hand back the house without damage, using the original payment method.
How can you verify you are contacting us?

A year-round holiday house in Fuleda for 7–8 guests
The whole house and its 1,000 m² fenced garden are yours alone. Downstairs you will find a living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and sauna. Heating and air conditioning keep the house comfortable all year.

Questions about staying at Fuledzki Biały Domek
How many people can stay in the house?
The house sleeps 7–8. There are seven bed spaces upstairs, and an eighth guest can sleep on the living-room sofa — just let us know in advance.
Two of the bedrooms each have two single beds that can be joined into a double. The third has a large double bed and one single. A travel cot is available for the youngest guests.
Do the sauna and hot tub cost extra?
No – the sauna and hot tub are included in the price of your stay.
The sauna is inside the house, while the five-person hot tub stands on a sheltered terrace and is available all year round, winter included.
How far is the lake?
The sandy beach on Lake Dobskie is about 200 metres from the house.
We also leave a rowing boat and a paddleboard at our guests' disposal.
Can we bring a pet?
Yes, pets are welcome and there is no extra charge. Just let us know in advance.
The whole property is fenced, so your dog can move around freely. We only ask that you clean up after them, both inside the house and on the grounds, and that you do not leave the animal alone indoors.
How does booking work?
To book, simply send us an enquiry with your preferred dates. Once we confirm availability, we provide the details for a deposit of 30% of the total.
Once the deposit reaches us, your dates are reserved. The remaining balance is due by handover of the house at the latest. The refundable damage deposit is also collected on arrival. Stays are covered by a rental agreement, which we send together with your booking confirmation.
Can I cancel or change my dates?
If an emergency occurs, you can change your dates — contact us to arrange a new date. If you cancel for other reasons, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
How much is the damage deposit?
The damage deposit is 1,000 zł and is collected on the day of arrival.
We return the damage deposit immediately when you hand back the house without damage, using the same payment method.
What is the minimum length of stay?
Outside the high season the minimum stay is 2 nights.
In July and August the minimum stay is 6 nights. We prefer Saturday-to-Saturday stays, but other arrival days are possible too. Holiday periods and long weekends are priced individually. New Year 2027/2028 costs 1,200 zł per night.
Do you host parties?
No. The house is intended for families and groups of friends looking for a quiet break.
Loud parties and guests who are not named in the rental agreement are not permitted. The house lies within a designated quiet zone, so we ask you to respect the peace and character of the place.
Is smoking allowed in the house?
No. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
If we find traces of smoking inside the house, the cost of removing them may be deducted from the damage deposit.
Is there anything for children?
Yes. The fenced grounds include a playground and a trampoline.
The 1,000 m² grounds are fully fenced. Children should use the play equipment under adult supervision.
Is there phone signal and internet?
Yes. Internet is available throughout the house.
The living room has a TV with Netflix and HBO Max.
Can we come outside the high season?
Yes. The house is open all year round.
In autumn and winter the private spa comes into its own – a hot sauna, a steaming tub on the sheltered terrace, and the kind of quiet that can be harder to find in Masuria at the height of summer.
